We still have a 2 round prospect draft to complete. I am TOTALLY booked this weekend, and proably won't even sniff the computer, especially Saturday, [/color:8379c8803e][b:8379c8803e][color=darkred:8379c8803e]so I'd like to begin Monday morning. 10 am if that's not a problem.

Keep in mind:

A Prospect is defined as: any player signed to an MLB contract that has NO MLB service time. So guys that aren't eligle in our current draft that had a cup of coffee inn the majors last year are NOT eligible in the prospect draft either, Gamel, Bowden Owens are all examples to name a few.

If you have a question on a guy, Google him, there are tons of sites out there that provide stats that will let you know if he has service time.

Once the prospect draft is completed I will send out the completed Roster spreadsheet to everyone.

Had a couple of inquiries for this player, and he is tradable, so if anyone is interested, feel free to offer. Keep in mind, he's a player of use not only in 09, but long into the future, so.....
1. I'd move him for a useful 09 player with similar youth and upside (or established) at a different position.
2. I'd move him for a lesser but still useful 09 player with upside coupled with a starting pitcher.
3. Like everyone else, I am trying to balance the present with the future, so I am playing for this year, with an eye for the future as well. While draft picks are a wonderful thing, I'm more interested in aquiring players.
