Still on Pause, Getting Bill home is our first priority, then Darrell.

All I can ask is that everyone set a few proxies of the players you want and if you get weaseled we'll have to wait for you to check-in

Thanks for your patience, as always my hope is to keep the entire group together when everyone wishes to stay.

Still no word on Bill's coming home but he, in a note Thursday, told me he thought he would be home by Monday.

Hopefully everything is alright. 8-) I'll try and reach him later this evening

Bill is Home

OK I've talked with Bill and he's well but sends his regrets he'll be unable to continue with the draft. He had hopes all would be well but things didn't go as planned. I've sent an invite out for a replacement ....if anyone else has a friend check for availability.
Sorry for the delay men, I had to hear it from Bill before I would move on, he's an original member and a very good friend. I really didn't want to replace him, but it's his request.
Hopefully we can get a replacement in place for later tonight or tomorrow.

Thanks to All for Your Patience

Man, that's too bad. I hope he will be all right. When you have health issues, it makes everything you thought was important pale in comparison, that's for sure. :(

It is all good Joe. I hope a full and speedy recovery for Bill. If you would prefer to wait LazyBoy for Bill I am fine with that as well no matter how long. Let us know if there is anything we can do to help as well.

Thanks Guys I have a few feelers out for a one season only replacement, if they fall through we'll probably aim for Friday May 1 for quick draft, that way Bill should be well enough. All of April is tied up with various trips and business for several managers including myself. But let's see what happens we may just have a shorter slow draft and make Friday's quick draft a little more interesting, plus the frenzy will have a little more drama. :P

I told Bill everyone was missing him and he was happy to hear that but right now he could use some rest..........he told me to tell everyone to go easy on his teams as he won't be checking in much for the next week or two.

Still working on a replacement..........thanks for your patience :)

I currently have two invites outstanding I sent one out yesterday with no reply yet........so I sent another out today. I'll open things up to anyone tonight. I am looking for a one season only replacement as Bill is an original member and will be able to return for next season.
