Yes... optimistic. No question there...but certainly possible. Just takes 12 guys to get on the same page...

Oh yea...Hey...I hadda think sorta hard for that minute before I picked George Brett.

Test in the West

Postby Semper Gumby » Thu Mar 02, 2006 8:23 pm

We'll see if good pitching can beat good hitting

Hopefully, we allow HAL to select "cold weather" for its weather effects and all games are played in Cleveland.

I'm just glad you picked up some great pitching Semper, because my team is getting exhausted from running around the bases so much in our other league. :D

Visisck is on the board for two picks.

I was up for less than an hour before making my pick. Not too bad.

Julio Franco will be throwing balls into the home team dugout for somebody else this year.

The only decent SS left are Burleson and Conception. Sure to go fast!!

OK...just an example of the 3 hour clock use...

Sean went on the clock tonight at 9:33pm. The clock stops at 11pm. So, if Sean does not pick tonight, he has used 1hr and 27 minutes on the clock. Since the clock starts at 7am, he would still have until 8:33am to make his pick. At 8:34am tomorrow...Billings (and everyone after him in order) is free to start picking.

Of course Sean can make his pick anytime after.

I picked. My Montana buddy, Mr Baller himself, is now on the clock.

Sweet dreams, gentlemen.

I've set 25 proxies for tomorrow.. hopefully that will get me through the day. I'm taking my daughter to the basketball hall of fame tomorrow !!
