If this seems inequitable, we could always check the lotto numbers the night the league runs and award waiver picks that way.

I thought (though I might have misunderstood) that BK told me the waiver order was determined by everyone's lottery numbers reversed (that is, reading the number from R to L and putting them in order that way).

Well BK told me that waiver order was determined by cutting off
everyone's left leg (just about mid thigh) and then counting the rings.
(High to low of course)
