Playing at Royals, other teams are Polo 11, County 57 and Griff.
I have Collins right now, just wondering maybe if a platoon may be better.

A CHEAP small ball 3b platoon example would be Riggs and McMullin. If you have J. Collins, I think I would stay with him, as he is a decent little small ball 3bman. If money is a factor, the Riggs/McMullin platoon would save you somewhere in the neighborhood of $700k or so, I believe, from Collins.

Jimmy Collins is a great value IMHO, personally I wouldn't drop him just to save $.700 unless you were really strapped for cash.

If you really wanted to go on the cheap, Hernandez or Maz vs. LHP's and Flannery or Jones vs. RHP's ........

I used the Riggs/McMullin platoon successfully on several occasions, including my sole championship team. For smallball teams, they are a great addition, with decent defense, and hitting around .300. Not bad for 2.1 million.
