Example: Caimrisek must pick a RP with his pick. As long as Emart is not picking a RP with the first pick of this next round, Emart can go ahead and post his selection.

As long as the situation presents itself, go ahead and start the next round. It's not a hard rule, sometimes you may not want to tip your hand early, but laying it out there.
