Caimrisek gets until 6:01 to change his pick or we move on. That's 3 full hours from Stoney's pick when it originally became his turn.
After that he'll have to repick with what position(s) are available at the time he repicks.
This can be a reminder to everyone to be sure and check your pick with the "Players Selected" thread which I update every round.

Splinter is now up. Caimrisek can repick when he shows up.
The WC doesn't have to be forced on anyone this round as Keyzick, who has the final pick this round has not used his WC yet.
