* We will have a 15 round live draft and the rest autodraft. When we get to 12 managers we will need a volunteer to set that up with somdraft.
* No DH
* Carry 24 to 28 players, your choice
* You may come out of the draft a little higher than $25M, but you need to cut down to $25M by opening day.
* Yes there will be a 20% transaction penalty to the $25M salary cap, so if you release a one million dollar player, your salary cap drops to $24.8 million. We will have to monitor ourselves and each other.

Good questiion about stadiums, I prefer choosing any stadium, they don't have to be unique, but if we want to vote on it that's fine.

We really should have an even number of rounds so that every team has the same opportunity at the beginning of a round and at the end of the round.

I propose a 16 round live draft which would include 15 players and 1 stadium pick.

I agree with 16 rounds, unique stadiums. Has it ever been resolved about how the draft order is to be determined?
