I appreciate Rick offering an apology, and also his deleting the original post at my request.
The source of Rick's frustration is that, yes, this is his first draft league, yet he found it easy to learn how to set proxies, and couldn't understand why some of the veterans in the group could not or would not do so.
Obviously, there are good reasons some times, and certainly, we all feel for you, ineluki, in the loss of loved ones. As you said, we have to keep Strat in perspective.
Let's put it behind us and enjoy ourselves.

As long as we can do it & depending on what I'm looking at I would be willing to trade. I really haven't looked over my roster since the draft but I think I'm a little OF heavy. Let me know what you might be looking for & I just want to make sure we can trade players for prospects.

Just so folks know, I would also trade drafted players for draft picks. I would trade Cuddyer, Sheffield, Giese, Cormier, Wiggington, and Ortiz for 3rd round picks. Add Cano, Cora, Hafner, Keppinger, and Street to that list for a 2nd round pick before mine (I draft 11th in that round), and the pick is really soon, a couple more guys might come into play.

Add-on -WPWangfuddle has suggested we do our conversations from now on, on the our regular thread, and save this just for drafting. I think that is a good idea. Please respond about trades on that thread, or better yet, PM me.
