95 % of the league's I've been in are HIGH to Low (and I've been in a lot) so I don't know where this low to high came from...but let's get the ball rolling either way... :)

I've used both myself, but more High to Low. I found in ATG leagues, before people started doing random number sequencing to determine draft orders, that more of them used low to high. It really does not matter to me, I just would rather go with what we have as long as that is not an issue.
