I ultimately went w/ Webb, even though he got massacred in the WATCHMEN league (didn't Oswalt, too? I couldn't find him in the stats, somebody must've dropped him). Webb had fewer total bases, far fewer HRs, better bunter....either way, I was hoping Harden would last...
I didn't even recognize Winona Ryder as Spock's mom in the new movie, Zim....I do remember thinking, "Wow, what a beautiful older woman," and was reminded what a lovely older actress can look like when she hasn't resorted to plastic surgery in an attempt to stay looking young (see: Meg Ryan, Melanie Griffith, Jessica Lange, or the terrifying Faye Dunaway)....then I read that Winona Ryder is actually 37. Yikes.
No doubt Bill Shatner can be a ham of epically profuse porcine proportions, but with a strong director to reign in his worst tendencies, he's got the acting chops. Most of his best work came when he was young, not so full of himself -- the original "Twilight Zone" episode when he plays the high-strung guy on the plane who sees a gremlin tearing apart the fuselage, he totally captures the helpless panic of the character and raises our anxiety level right along with him....I also remember seeing a low-budget 1960s Roger Corman flick called "The Intruder" in which Shatner plays a charismatic white supremacist where he's totally, chillingly convincing -- it probably has something to do with his inherent messianic complex....and, of course, there's "Wrath of Khan," the best entry in the entire Star Trek canon, a pirate movie set in space, where Shatner finally seems rejuvenated to be back playing Kirk, and gallops along with the pell-mell plot.....remember, "Khaaaaaaannnnnnnn!!!!!!!"
All that said, I was surprised when Shatner kept winning Emmy after Emmy on "Boston Legal," playing essentially himself, a self-satisfied pr!ck with preening pretensions that are obviously a facade for deep seated insecurities....I mean, one was enough, but THREE ???

PS - It's too late to change my team's name now, but "Shatner's Rocketmen" would've been an AWESOME name....
