Let me get this straight, I choose one franchise to stock my players from, and then I'm last pick for the second team. Okay, but...

How can there be any trading if we're limited to two franchises each? And if non-drafted team players are unavailable does this mean that for FAs, the pool comes only from the six teams not in use? Sorry for the questions, I haven't played this kind of franchise league before. Thanks for the patience.

The FA do not come from the 6 unused teams because they are unavailable for this league at all. You have the rights to all of the players on both of your teams. You can trade any players from your teams for any players from anybody else's two teams. No one can trade for or use players from the 6 undrafted teams.

So we can trade anybody for anybody but for FAs we can only take from our own two franchises which nobody else can touch? Correct?

We are using the 2002 game for this league right? Why are we posting if it is a NL or AL team? Is there some rule that you have to pick one AL and one NL team for our two franchises? If so I missed this in the rules posted in the other thread.
