I think as long as you have rights to a club that actually uses it, you can use it as often as you like. I don't see any prohibitions against it.

For fear of demoralizing any of their players who still have some work ahead of them in the Series, Boxing Gandhis management is refraining from formally announcing their keepers. But for those of you drafting early and busy scouting your picks this weekend, you can rest assured that the two teams draft first originally and kept last time will be part of the Boxing Gandhis next season (wink, wink, nudge, nudge. Know what I mean?).
