STAR TREK NL only league chat thread

Pretty busy saturday...I knew I'd be gone until now, 3pm pst so left lots of proxies, knowing zim/dr. smith would check in sooner or later. haven't checked the carnage on all the hitters I missed out on, but for a change, got my proxies, bush lannan and hoffman. the offensive options are ugly, but at least there are some, as far as pitching, the options are already wretched, and Ive now got an acceptable nucleus of five starters and three relievers. tom, I had tejada in the watchmen and absolutely HATED him. what a total stiff! ended up getting much better production from bartlett and punto, but had already dug too big a hole thanks to him and his new steroid free body, to get out of. naturally he's leading the league in batting this year in real life...HGH, im presuming.

now here's a bigger, and far more IMPORTANT queery...which stadium is MISSING from the draft sight. I excluded 14 A.L. parks, which is correct, but Ive triple checked the stadiums available, and only come up with 15. which one's missing?

okay, turns out for whatever reason, major deegan left out petco park, which Im pretty sure someone's gonna want. ill come up with a dreck .50 player, preferably a padre, to represent petco. in the past, stadiums can be a bit tricky to proxy so we'll see how that goes....

How do you feel about Cleveland? (I'm driving through there in a couple of weeks and may stop by to catch a game.)

Since there's a break in the action, this is my calculation of how much, per player needed (to fill out a 25-man roster), everybody has left, in millions. Can't guarantee these are accurate, but they're best efforts.

$1.04 Cal (calbatross)
$1.11 Turtle
$1.32 Terry101
$1.34 Jason (uptownmastermind)
$1.48 Curt (moneymaze)
$1.49 Al (elkoskipper)
$1.63 Tom (balmerbaseball)
$1.68 Mark (kramed)
$1.73 DJL
$1.82 Zim
$2.12 Meat
$2.16 SGTD

if anyone's around, my proxies were suppossed to be OFF, and broxton was a delete if hoffman got picked. ill put him on dropped list if anyone wants to approve, otherwise, could always use another reliever, just not as bad as some other things right now.
