Deadball League

I've never used this site before so I'll ask an ignorant question: are the rosters we draft somehow transferred to the SOM site when we actually join the league? To somebody who knows the answer that sounds pretty lame, but I honestly have no idea what happens when the draft is complete. Thanks, Nels

28 rounds was the founders original rules. While you can only draft 25, after waivers, it would be assumed that the other 3 are reserved for you to pick up.

Nope, no automated method of transfer. Just buy your TSN team and then PICK the same players. You can select the option on the draft site to only show you the players YOU drafted. Helps somewhat.

When the draft is finished we'll set up the league which will be set up as a $200 mil league. Then you buy the team as you buy any other and enter your top 25 picks in the draft card and enter the league. Then players 26-28 are reserved for you to take during waivers.

If I read you correctly, we do not select stadiums here?

I will be on a business trip from Saturday the 20th through Thursday the 25th. I will have limited access to the internet. I have put in several players in a proxy. The way the draft is going though I may not have done enough or may end up with too many players at a position. I'm not sure, but I tried to choose enough that as others take some I would still have selections that can be automatically made.

I apologize if it takes too long based on me. I will try to get connected and check up on things as I can.

Joe

How are we determining divisions? By draft order? (ie: #'s 1, 4, 7, 10 are the East, #'s 2, 5, 8,11 are the Central and #'s 3, 6, 9, 12 are the West) or a randomizer run? or some other way? Thoughts??

I would think it would be based on the timing of how we each actually join the league -- first come, first served, right? But I don't know.
