Yes, this one was pretty painful at times.
I know at the beginning of the draft, I had said that we shouldn't have a time limit because sometimes life happens and I'd hate to skip someone when they have real emergency.
But the lack of a time limit did get abused in some instances in this draft.
I'll confess that the first several rounds I don't like to use proxies because I like to get a feel for how the draft is shaping up. I do check pretty regularly and I don't think I was ever up longer than 2 hours. After about round 7 or 8 or so, I do use proxies as much as possible.
Those among us who are going to stay for the Pre-WWII league after deadball should probably start to discuss some more stringent parameters than we had for this draft.
I'm glad you did enjoy this draft titans, despite the excruciatingly slow movement. SOMDraft.com is good for a nice leisurely draft unlike the TSN application, but this was a bit too much.
I think 15 minutes is way too tight for this format. Is 3 hours too long?
Something else to consider is maybe shorting it to 15 rounds. I've been in many SOMDrafts of 15 rounds and that really establishes the main core of your anyway.
