Each card has to be named by the exact wording as the player and placed into the appropriate folder in the game. I can't tell you exactly but I'll look it up when I get home from work and post here with more information and instructions.

Unzip all of your pitcher cards into your c:/cdrombb/Player/Pitchers folder.

When I say cards I mean photos. Can I assume they're the ones that you downloaded from a link I posted a night or two ago? Those photos are plug and play and should work right off the bat. If they're you're own photos then you may have to tweak the pixel size because the game engine only recognizes 90 pixels wide by 135 high.

Each picture needs to be in .jpg format also. Every picture needs to be named like Ryne_Sandberg.jpg in order for the game engine to recognize that the picture of Sandberg goes with his strat-o card.

Unzip you hitters into their appropriate folder also.

Players with initials in their name: don't use the periods. Ken_Griffey_Jr.jpg for example. Or BJ_Upton.jpg

After you get them in you need to turn them on in the game interface. That is once you start a game, go to options -> ballpark... and click the box that says display batter and pitcher pics.

Voila. Arrange all your windows where you like and then I like to "zap" it to all the ballparks.

If you ever have a player pic not show up (player pic not available) 9 times out of 10 it is because the name of the pic doesn't match the strat-o card. 1 out of 10 times is because the photo is the wrong size.

Cheers.
