Error rating appears to be meaningless...

I have Jason Kendall, who is an e3, and he committed 17 errors in one season (3 games still to go). I traded Jamie Burke for him before the season started thinking that Kendall's defense was worth the extra million in salary. Boy, was that a big mistake. Anyone else have a disparaging amount of errors compared to the player's rating?

Brave, you've forgotten about a catcher's T-rating, which adds errors when he throws wildly on SB attempts. Kendall's is high 1-10, which is where all the errors came from.

For a catcher, arm and T rating are the defensive features that matter the most, I think.
