Summary

Boston is pretty strong in all positions, the only glaring needs are 2B, Middle Relief, 1 or 2 SPs, and a SS that can hit.

I like Cincinnati, no real help on the mound and only a small improvement at 2B.

On the fence about Colorado, they would give a little help on the mound, but not much, and no real help at 2B. HOWEVER would hate to put Helton in the cleanup spot with all the high OBP Red Sox batters.

I don't like Milwaukee and Montreal since both add strength to the pitching and provide an upgrade at 2B.

I don't like Tampa Bay, they would add a full complement of middle relievers.

I don't like Seattle, they would add a 2B-1, Ichiro, an SP and a RP.

I agree. Cincy has NO pitching help. Dunn has no where to play. And he'll still be a little weak in RF. A 3 at 2B won't hurt him that much with the offense he's gonna put up at the plate.

To me the key is to make sure he doesn't improve at 2B or 3B & RF depth when Nixon is out which are the biggest holes IMO. All of these teams will give him some improvement in spots but I agree that Cin seems the best fit. Dunn cannot play RF when Nixon goes down. He can only play 1B or LF and Manny and Papi can't play RF either. Millar can but he is a 5 defensively so Dunn is not a big advantage.

It might have been fun to put those bats to work at Coors, but it looks like I have the Reds. Reds and Red Sox. Hmmm. Team name? Any suggestions?

The Reds used to be called the Red Legs right? How about the Red Legs Sox or maybe Sox for my Red Legs.
