Summary

Needs SP (wow their starters are bad!), CF, 2B, C

FLA (83) - pass, too many upgrades at SP
BAL (82) - a couple average SPs and help at C, 2B, and upgrades at SS and 3B
CLE (81) - a couple average SPs and help at C, 2B, and CF

My 2¢ worth...

Its really a tossup between Baltimore and Cleveland. All I can tell you is that my Texas pitching is so poor that I'm happy with either. Cleveland has 3 serviceable SP and Baltimore 1 serviceable and 2 or 3 others that might form a platoon. In a way, the hitters from Cleveland (ss, DH, OF) present fewer overlaps than Baltimore. Either way, you are going to be able to pick up some hitters through trades. I'd probably vote myself Cleveland for what its worth.
