So we'll draft from the expansion teams and the White Sox, Pirates, Twins and Cards rosters to pick up our 1 or 2 extra players. We can't draft from any of the teams participating in season 16. Is that right?

I think that was the point, but I still think it's ambiguous as to how to treat guys who are carded to expansion teams or the White Sox, Pirates, Twins, or Cardinals that also played for multiple teams that ARE participating in the event. If those guys are eligible, then we need a draft order. If so, I would say let's find out what the winning percentages of the 12 franchises are, and draft from worst to best winning percentage with the sub .500 teams getting two picks.

A little confused. On a earlier post the Pirates are listed as a non-participating team. On this last last it shows the Giants. :? So is it the Pirates or Giants that are out?

Thanks for tallying the records Dave. I'm pretty sure the Giants are in and the Pirates are out for event 16.

Guys...so there is no delay....

I have the Reds and 1st selection...

Pick 1: Tom Seaver

This is assuming the Giants are in the league.... if not my pick changes! If Giants are out, then C Mathewson is my first pick.

Yep. Sorry guys. The Giants are in and the Pirates are out. Novie, you get Seaver.

I'd still like to hear from warrenbob on an clarification for the draft order and rules.

Dave thanks for doing the teams. You cannot draft a player from a franchise team,it has to be a non participating team. After the frenzy you can drop the player drafted to pick up a player that is not drafted but you can only have one player on your team at all times that is not on your roster if above .500 or 2 if below.
