Any one else available? Even Phil Bradley is pretty functional. Those 3 won't do well in your park. I would rather raise extra money and get a functional CF even he is a 3.

Who are the top 5 available in CF?

not much out there as I tweaked my team and my cap balance is now at $0. for the money I'd get for Davis, those names are about the only ones that seemed decent according to YountFan's stat page I found up the board.

What about:

Gary Pettis
Ruppert Jones
Rick Miller
Rick Manning (I'd take the 1 in CF with a good platoon)

Your pitching is much improved. If you get Witt's best year, you are in business. If Gullickson and Langford come through, you can do a 4 man rotation by trading Sid Fernandez for a CF or good player. Of course, if El Sid continues to dominant, you could go to a 5 man rotation and save money dumping Morris for a cheapie 5th pitcher. I would see how the pitching shakes out in the next few days.

Carter was dropped at catcher. Was it his worst year based on injury?

Bell isn't giving you any homer love. Baines is slumping based on his at bats. Gaetti may be expendable. Keep Cey in mind if available at DH or 3rd. He'll give you homers.

Bottom line, if your pitchers work out, you might raise some cash there and upgrade in the field if those guys I mentioned continue to slump.

I don't think you'll set a loss record if things continue to improve. You MUST defeat Jimmy C. :D :D

sid posted a complete game 12-k outing so may ride him for a bit. Morris is a possible candidate for cap room. Carter was dropped to free up cap room on another team, but even his worst year is still a good year stat wise.
Bell isnt hitting them out but seems to be driving in runs. will look at making some more moves as things progress. not getting swept in my last series was a start at least!
