A year ago, what have we learned?

No links, just a little PJ flair.

I like to exercise these formatting functions once in a while or else they get old and stale and dusty. They do appreciate being used occasionally... :D

A lot of those bargains on the original thread are still right on the money.

I've recently begun a love affair with Bruce Hurst. Great WHIP and the (-6) hold rating helps too. Here's his last outing for me in Forbes:

Hurst, B. L S6* 19 14 0 274.1 254 85 86 240 2.79 1.24

I'm still laughing about my image of Nev swearing at his monitor as he scrolls over the underlined "links" over and over, clicking like he was trying to pick up Ty Cobb in a frenzy...

Here's my top 10...

10. Although I will play waivers, there's nothing like a "good old frenzy.

9. ATG II is easier to frenzy than ATG I because of the player pool size

8. Never frenzy immediately following surgery

7. Never frenzy immediately before surgery

6. Try to avoid drinking and selecting your team and/or doing a frenzy

5. If you have more than 25 active teams, then you must have more "date nights" with your wife and don't immediately head to the computer when you get home.

4. I know that certain ATG managers can drink lots of alcohol in hotels above 50 stories and still talk mostly about ATG in mixed company..

3. Always serve the "right" beer and as eary as possible at ATG tournaments and functions

2. Some managers want to win, others want to win but just don't know it and the rest play the game for the pleasure of "frustration"

1. It has to be fun...otherwise spend all your time in the "bullpen" and vent. It's free...........

P.S. Not everyone is real and that's why I will host parties in Las Vegas to find out who is and weed the "fakes" out.....

:D BTW my name is Bobby and I am real :D
