Hey Guys,

Since the site is back up, hopefully we can get this going now!

So, what do you guys think of your team so far?

I missed a few guys that I really wanted (e.g. A Rod), but hopefully Holliday can fill his role. Also wanted Anderson, but failed on that one too.

The waiver wire has been pretty active and I guess we'll have a whole extra week to make moves.

Not thrilled with my team. Have never tried to fit a team to Camden Yards before. First base has been a problem. Camden favors right handed sluggers. Thought I might go after Pujols if he didn't get drafted - but he did. Ended up with Adrian Gonzalez - who I like, but not at Camden Yards. He has trouble hitting lefties and with his HR flags turning into outs too often at home I let him go and now plan to platoon Howard and Sexson - will see how that works out. Good luck to all. I'm ready to play!

Aray - Theriot is quite a bargain, but I tossed him back in the pool when I flinched at going with a 3 at SS. I have some offense already and thought Jack Wilson would at least tighten up the defense (if I don't lose him to injury).

Well - Jack Wilson is gone. Furcal became available and I could not resist. I know he will get injured some but he was able to play about 120 games when I had him last and he can put up some big numbers when he is healthy - really like that OBP of his!

Gotta say it's fun watching the waiver wire.

Haven't seen anything to tempt me yet. I guess I got most of the guys I wanted and the guys I didn't I'm not going to get.

There are a couple of back up guys that I keep hoping get released however! ;)
