hopefully, if people set proxies, we can move pretty quickly once Sneeze wakes up.

It's a marathon, not a sprint, as they say - we'll employ every method we have to keep moving, but bring full measures of patience!

Well, at least we're off to a great start (yes, sarcasm)!

Guys, can we please vote to skip him?

He can always jump back in...it's a 60m league so it's not like he can load up with 5 diff players at 10 mill each.

This is really setting a bad precedent right from the start. Others will think they get a whole day since that's what we gave Sneeze.

He should be checking in AT LEAST once a day and he must not have in the past two days, otherwise he'd know we were drafting. He's been emailed...I don't know why we are waiting?

All I can say is...if it's EVER me that's holding up the draft for 18 hours????....PLEASE OH PLEASE SKIP ME!

I e-mailed him again this eve, just in case Bob's earlier message got thrown in a spam folder or something and sneezedoc responded right away.

We have all suffered through these drafts together twice before and we know we have some vacations coming too - I suggest we hunker down for a long haul here. I appreciate your anxiousness, Bill, but it's pretty hard to skip someone in the first round (and for the first pick, at that).

Let's just enjoy the ride and know that our credit dollar is getting stretched over a longer period via this draft! :)

I appreciate Dan's words. This draft WILL take a minimum of 2 weeks. We know that there are vacations and other distractions. Hang in there.

Use proxies when you can. I had the 3rd pick overall and I used two proxies: Sal Bando (who was selected # 2 right ahead of me) and Woodie Held (who I eventually got at # 3).

Proxy when you can. Check in twice a day and have some patience.
