My suggestion would be the following: you have the makings of an outstanding team, but in order to advance in the playoffs you will be helped by having an ace. The best pitcher available capable of pitching 2 games in the first round is Eddie Cicotte, you need to get him on your team without upsetting your "Core". I would do the following to optimize for the playoffs:
Drop Barney Schultz for Perronowski as your left hand pitcher
Drop Tincup for Dave Giusti who should be your closer against righties
Drop Lamp and pick up Konstancy: will give you a setup man who can effectively pitch many innings. This has not hurt your relief, in my opinion it is actually better and you have 2.25 more to spend.
I would then start cutting expensive subs: Drop Crosetti for Oyler good defensive sub, if Wagner goes down Crosetti is just expensive defense he cant hit anyway go for cheap good defense.
Drop Weaver for wert good defense if Pendleton goes down. If you would rather keepWeaver that is understandable as well especially if you have a use for the money.
Cut Grote for Killefer - same as above Grote good defense won't hit anyway so backup go cheap
McCormick pick up Heathcote or Red Murray (who many wouldn't play because he is a "4" but I like him) and play Musial at 1B. Drop your least favorite pitcher where you have enough money and pick up Cicotte.
I think that would be a very good team.
