Trying to claim free credit

I know this could go in the feedback forum but I think someone here should be able to answer me.

I'm trying to use the free credit I got recently for the problems with the SOM site, to create a 70s team. On the page where you claim the credit it asks you to name your team/mngr and select a player set. The options it gives include 2009, 1986, and various versions of ATG. But the 70s game is not listed.

If I enter my team/mngr name and click submit, will I be stuck with an ATG team or will I still get to choose?

How do I use this credit to get a 70s team?

if you want to use your free credit for a 70s or 80s season there is an e-mail address attached to the message sent. Simply ask for the credit to be applied to such. I'm not sure why it was done this way.

So far I've emailed them twice and they still don't seem to understand my request. Am I the first one who's wanted to use my free credit on the 70s game?

Are they replying to you saying they don't understand? If so, what exactly are they saying? If not, then just give it another day. I've had them respond to my e-mail the next day in the past, but I've also had to wait several days.

Tell them you want to transfer one of your credits from the main game to the 70's game.

I had e-mailed them to have my 2 credits switched tp the 70's game. They did it within 24 hours.

I emailed them a week ago to switch a credit of mine from the 70's to the 80's. On thursday I was informed that the switch was made. Instead of a switch I had one taken away from the 70's but never added one to the 80's. I have since emailed 3 times about the missing credit to no avail.

"My SOM id is BC Manager. I recently received a free credit under the
recent program to compensate players. Can I please have this credit
transferred to the 70s Game so I may use it there?

Thank you"

SOM's reply:

"Dear Member,

Please clarify what that credit is for. Is it for the 2004 game? Back
the 80s? We can take care of that from there."

My second message:

"The credit I have was for compensation for the site outage a couple of weeks ago. I want to use it to create a team in "That 70s Game".

Thanks"

My last message was last Thursday -- nothing yet. Does my request seem unclear?
