1.) 2 prospects, YES
2.) Roster max 30, Keeping 15min-20max, YES
3.) Only carded players, YES....point of clarification: Can we drop/add from the free agent pool (players not claimed as part of a 30 man roster) in-season? With the small number of remaining players, I can't imagine that activity would be much and would diminish the need to herd cats to participate in a Summer draft.
4.) NBA draft, YES

and I am for NO-DH

and NO salary limit

Again I'm not in the league, and if you all want me to but out I will, but speaking from expierinece, this would be a bookkeeping NIGHTMARE for the commisioner. I would strongly advise against it.

I would say you can only add/drop players on your 30 man roster. That is how it works in the other keeper league and it works quite well. If you don't own 'em you can't use 'em.

If the league really is too big for a single commish, could we organize into to parts, each with a "president" who would handle the rosters for just two divisions (a standard 12 team league)

Exactly. Also if teams are allowed to add/drop at will it completely lessens the draft pool for future drafts. The whole point of the keeper concept is o allow managers to build and attempt to sustain their teams over time. It's not supposed to be a speed thing. It makes the draft, especially the first one much more strategic and IMHO entertaining. Do you try and build a team to "win now" and damn the future, do you go the opposite way and simply forgo the first season or two with an eye toward building a blossoming juggernaut or do you try and balance the 2 attemting to play competivily for the first year but always keeping an eye on the big picture. Allowing pick ups throughout the season compleltly undermines the entire intent of the keeper league. If you just want quick fixes play in a standard league.

If you don't want to be Prez, no problem. We'd sure enjoy having you participate as an owner though.
