To answer Neil's question: You can draft any eligible player, including one you may have cut.

Billy,

In your original introduction of the league, you said that you were going to start the second season in September. I would love to see some dates and deadlines for our drops before the supplemental draft, the supplemental draft itself, and the start of second season. I don't need them to be right away, I just want to know what we are aiming for.

I think that's a great suggestion about having specific dates. I'd like to propose Wed, Sept 2nd as the deadline for making drops. The supp draft would start Fri, Sept 4th. Is that okay with everyone?
Then, we could make the draft end Thurs, Sept 10th at 10 PM. This would mean we have 7 days to draft. Believe it or not, I'm in a league that took 13 days to do it, which seems ridiculous to me for a 3-round draft. In order to do it in 7 days, I would change the rule that there is no clock in the first round. Is that okay with everyone?
Finishing Thursday night would allow us to load our teams by Friday night.
That would allow us to begin the season Monday, Sept 14th.
I welcome everyone's thoughts on this.

Those dates sound reasonable to me.

REGARDING CUTS & DRAFT

Postby CaliENGR » Sat Aug 29, 2009 9:51 am

Billy V,

That all sounds fine with me. My cuts have already been posted & there are no changes to those. Thanx for everything.

Dates sound good to me. Right now, I'm not planning any cuts, but that may change as I get a chance to look closer at my team.

Jay,
I have tried contacting you several ways (pm and on league messages) with a trade offer (that I think may be the best offer I've given this year) and I would like to hear back from you whether you are interested or not. Please let me know, It might affect who I will drop,
Thanks!
