Bullpen Help

I have played Strat for while and have won a league or two but my shortcomings are always my bullpen and how they are used. I thought I would have figured out the Bullpen2 by now but haven't.
Is there anyway i could set it up where: Soria pitches the 8th and 9th while Broxton sets him up against righties, Thorton against lefties and Oliver is there in the 6th or 7th where needed. I basically want to know if there's a way to have Soria pitch 2 innings a game?
P.S. Is Broxtons card overrated due to his lopsidedness even though he has good numbers? Do you guys avoid lefties, quick hook on him?
