I don't think they should profit from picking states that don't work with the first two picks, so Ive found an incredibly equitable solution.
the random number generator and produce any sequence you want, so im programming triple digits from 001 to 999.
it will produce as many columns as you want, so I will set it up for twelve and give zim the 11th number generated on the first line, and uptown the 12th, and that will determine where they pick. fair enough?

I'm gonna build the draft in this order while we await what I hope will be no, or overuled protests. It's a bit of a mess, but I felt this was the fairest way, and they still made out alright, and Im all the way down to ELEVENTH now!

Al, tom, turtle and jeep have adminstrative rights now...
3-hour limit after first round is complete, 24 rounds including stadium, last two players to be drafted on tsn sight, with waivers.
when we get to clock time outs, which hopefully no one needs since proxies are so easy on this sight, a pick cannot be skipped until the player waiting manually makes his selection.
ill start ferreting out all the n-l players once draft order is approved...you WEASELS!
