KD, is correct.

The trade was made in 8/08 and Sandy used Hudson
to finish the 2nd 2007 season.

The last roster that Sandy sent out in 12/08 did
not reflect the trade and I used that to create my
files so the mistake has been perpetuated.

I'm talking to DT about how we want to handle
this. If anyone has comments please post on the
forum thread.

I think this is one of those inadvertant mistakes that really doesn't need a
penalty or correction - other than putting Hudson and Votto on the right teams.

I have no doubt that had Hawk remembered this deal he would have had
Votto on his roster.

No harm (other than Hawk's losing a year of Votto's service and AK not being able to use Hudson's kinda ok card), no foul - no penalty.

Thats what I think...I could be wrong...been wrong before.

DT and I talked last night and this is a situation
where there is no right or wrong.

We just need to put the players on the correct
roster and move forward.

Hudson is on Akindian's Roster and Votto is on
Nythawk.

Nythawk has dropped Hudson so he's available for
Akindian.

I'll update rosters this weekend and send out a
new version.
