Sorry for the delay, but it looks like my proxies were gone quickly. Added a few more now, with more coming before I pass out for the evening.

I have my middle infield finished and I have never been as glad as I am now, to have a 3e19 at SS and at 3e24 at 2B.

Wow. How does the AL win the all-star game every year????

Surprised to find Curt the logjam -- he was up at just about the time the draft stalled, doing our fantasy football draft.

I echo Turtle's sentiments -- as thin as the NL seems to get fast, the AL is RIDICULOUS at some positions.....

Went to bed right after the fantasy football draft ended, and got up this morning to discover Al had ruined my balanced righty starter plan by taking Gil Meche. Justin Verlander will do, but it's not the same.

One of the reasons this draft seems skimpier than the NL-only draft is we've got two less teams worth of players to choose from, but still have the same number of positions to fill.

Actually, in an AL-only league, there are fewer teams from which to choose players plus one MORE position to fill with the DH.

Very un-Sarge like for BED to be the roadblock. I e-mailed him about an hour ago.

I'm going to be away from the computer for a few hours. I've left some proxies, but it's highly likely they'll be taken before the pick gets around to me. I'll certainly be back before my time expires; just wanted to keep people posted in case it stalls at me.
