Have him on a team in Riverfront, first time I've ever had him. There are two Fenway 67's in my division, along with an Astrodome. I've heard good things about him, but his 15 game injury risk and average defense always prevented me from trying him. Tempted to drop him for a cheaper OF with better defense, mainly due to my average to less than average OF defense across the board. (H. Wilson in CF and Oglive in LF). If I keep him, he'd bat third ahead of Wilson both ways. Will his hitting make up for the so so defense and injury risk? His card looks good...

i used to draft him all the time. His performance was always a mixed bag for me but more often than not, he did pretty well. One of those guys that always seemed to get injured for me and for a lot of games so i started avoiding him for awhile. i just drafted him on two recent teams. One team he's doing good, the other not so good but on both teams has already been injures twice. if you can get a decent defensive backup like Kiddo or Gaspar to put in for him in late innings, it cuts down on his injury risk some. i give him a B- for performance plus injuries.

I'm very high on Selkirk. I only use him in LF, so his defense is okay there. His offense is good in any park, and excels in hitters parks. He can hit anywhere in the lineup, and is cheap for what you can potentially get. He's an ace in my book, and I'd never hesitate to use him.

Don't like him. Few extra base hits other than HRs.

I'm a big Selkirk fan. I use him in Y56 frequently and he is great there. He can hit almost anywhere in the lineup. I have in leadoff, 2nd and 3rd currently. He's doing well on all teams.

Currently hitting .236 with 14 homers after 123 game for a team floundering, has been on the DL much of the season. A Selkirk nightmare season. He has scored 63 runs, however, so spending more time in the two slot.

George is a stud.
You get Keller if you need to save cash and don't need the power.
But Goerge'ies power and D is better but you pay for it.

As a #2 hitter his OBP is studly.
As a #3 hitter in a LH hitters park he is deadly.
Ditto as a #4,5,6.

Part of Selkirk's attraction to me is his frequent availability. Even so, he almost always produces runs for me one way or another. I expect either 100 runs scored or 100 rbi or both every season.

Selkirk's alright, but I've cooled to him of late. I typically get better seasons from Keller or Stephenson.

Riggs is my new favorite. First time using him on a team 21 games in and he's everything he's advertised to be.
