I guess I need a refresher course - I assume we need to pay for new team and find the league that we will use?

Jay,

Yes, you will need a new 2008 team. Set the salary cap to 200 mil, and load the players from your roster. The name of the league is NEWSKL II and the password has been sent to your email. Let me know if you haven't received it.

Maybe we shouldn't worry so much about the speed of the draft if we are going to take so long afterwords, at this rate we'll be loaded in only 6-7 more weeks. :)
