Who is a solid RH spot starter under $.68M for Forbes.

Who is a solid RH spot starter under $.68M for Forbes.

Who should I pick up for Forbes to spot start? Other parks in division are Dodger '77, Candlestick '62 and Yankee '27.

RH Available under .68M are:
Cox, Drucke, Forsch, hawkins, Faber, Harper and the usual lot of $.5M

I'm leaning toward Faber because of his Diamond Dope numbers look like the best of the bunch, but Harper is a 4R and that might come in handy.

Any suggestions. Thanks.

Faber or if you have the right matchups, Harper.
