Former regular player just getting back into Strat online again. I'm currently in ehlekev's Dirty 2 Dozen league (and getting my butt kicked).

I'm new around here so I'm not sure if I've been in a league with any of you yet. I would love to give this a shot but I wouldn't be offended if I was placed on a waiting list behind other "more seasoned" managers. Let me know if I make the cut (I'm in CA but you can use AZ for me).
I also have a couple of procedural questions:
1. How do you load the teams for this type of league? I'm assuming that you set it up as a salary cap league and the managers put all of "their players" (from either of their two teams) at the top of their rankings to fill out their rosters during an auto draft. I just wanted to verify if I had it right.
2. I'm assuming that you can fill all of your roster spots prior to September call-ups as long as you are still below the $100m cap?
As a side note, I do have an open Live Draft league that has plenty of open spots. I was also tinkering with an idea for my own theme league, I'll keep everyone posted if I decide to create it.

1. Once we have a draft on the message boards, yes, you will put your desired players from those teams on the draft card. So, if you draft the Padres and Red Sox, then you will put all the guys you want (Youkilis, Pedroia, Gerut, etc.). It's a "frenzy" league because you have exclusive rights to the players. The only way to lose rights to someone is by trading him away.
2. There are no roster limits. You can have 24-28, just like other leagues.
