I am in the East. It is now full. I am at work and I can't figure out how to PT on new boards. Can someone help out?

I haven't done this yet myself, but in the top right corner of every post there's a PM icon. When you click on it it open a rivate message with that user. Unfortunately, I don't think you can't yet do a PM for more than one user at a time, so you would have to do that for each of the teams in the central, or if that would take you too long maybe just do it for one and ask to pass it on.

How do you know if you have a PM and where do you go to read it? :?:

Near the top right-hand corner of your profile page there's a "communication center" box, and in it is a link to your PM inbox.

Charlie - on the top left hand corner of this web page (in the white area) the picture of an envelope will appear when you have a PM waiting. Click on it to read it.
