Fred, can eligible players who were not on a roster in '74 be placed on our autodraft card?

I don't have a problem with folks autodrafting "free agents" but they should understand the risk that HAL might award them to another team.

Historically we have been allowed to autodraft free agents. HAL should not award them to another team (because our lists should be pretty unique), but there is the risk that two or more managers put in a claim on the same guy.
