A couple of things...First... Thank you Bernie for handling this in a timely fair manner. Second...Dr. Freeze (Vinnie) is a top manager who can take these lemons and probably make some tasty lemonade. There's a rock solid 5 man Staff and a couple of good smallball type hitters. Perhaps Vinnie can trade a starter, maybe even two, to get a "few" good bats...

Dr. Freeze seems like a good choice.

I, too, would have liked to give the team a go . Mostly
because I am not afraid to have strong pitchers carry a
team.

Its not the first team to have this kind of thing happened,
and they haven't fared that bad. Ric is above .500 with
his draft snafu, althought granted he got in the draft with
about 10 rounds to go and made some trades to mitigate
some of the automatic roster choices.

Is the fact that the team in question was nicknamed ???????? and no name appeared on the draft site the cause of the problem?

Danielz, I don't know for sure yet, but in the other thread I said it's a very compelling theory. I don't know why else that team would be the only one affected.
