question and a comment

1) Are we allowed to autodraft with 68.5 mil team salary and cut a 0.50 mil player? Or do we need to autodraft with 68 mil?

On the divisions, I vote for AL West - As, Pilots, Royals, White Sox (just like in 1969); NL Central - Cincy, Cubs, Astros, Braves; AL East - Red Sox, Yanks, Tigers, ____ (team to be named). The Central is the NL West plus Cubs (also a NL team).
