Should proabably have at least 3 or 4 of us as admins so they can pause the draft if needed etc. The clock will have to be changed after the first round. Were the timeframes for picks in the original rules? Seem a bit short to me.

I think having an extra admin or two is a good idea. As far as the timeframes for draft picks, it is mentioned in section 9. of the Annual Sping Draft. Here is the quote:

9) There is a 3 hour clock for Round 1 of each Annual Free Agent draft. All subsequent rounds will also operate with a 1 hour clock and will be from 10am to 10pm seven days a week until the draft is completed (proxies...proxies...proxies

I suppose I should have specified how the initial draft would work since we are drafting in the fall instead of the spring. We wanted to keep it short since there are 24 teams.
