Here's a start nobody wants...

Can't say I've seen this before so once again I lead the SOM universe in the impossible. My latest team has now started out 0-12...Yep that's right 0-12. The upside is I am last in scoring and have the worst pitching in the league so things can only go one direction

Anybody had or seen a worse start than this?

Serves you right for the whipping your BiSox are putting on my team in the 70's ATRW League.

I had one 70s team which won the first game of the season, then proceeded to lose the next eleven. That was the worst start I've ever experienced. The team ended up winning just 68 games (I probably need to count my lucky stars I didn't lose over 100 games!!).

Still have a ways to go before matching the major league record of 21 games that the Baltimore Orioles started the 1988 season with.

It's not e very day you see starters with stats like 2.74 ERA/.95 WHIP and 1.93 ERA/.93 WHIP through a combined 40.1 innings and an 0-1 record combined between them

At least you have a few (hopefully) good pitchers to build around.

Hard to believe in the last season with most of the same players that team went 66-96 and now in this season that same group is 49-26 a .653 win %!!!!! No wonder my hair is gray and blood pressure is through the roof!

I had a team with a ten game losing streak, early in the season, that got 90 wins, and the best record in the league.

The fun teams, are the ones you manage.
