I wouldn't spend a lot of time trying to predict strat range based on UZR.
Here are the 2008 CF's with a range of 1 and their 2008 UZR rank:
(Sorted by minimum 400 innings played to get Anderson's #; 42 players)

Hunter - 37
Cameron - 3
McClouth - 41
Sizemore - 18
Victorino - 9
Beltran - 6
Anderson - 27

Cody Ross had the 2nd highest UZR and he is a 3 in CF.

I agree with Palmtana. These statistics, while on paper seem to be logical, do not make much sense in the SOM world.
