Here is my very first (TSN) 100 win team. This team actually won a 101 games, while being out homered 187 to 120. Who needs the long ball?

Thanks a lot guys. I don't think you can win that many games without a lot of luck. And I have probably had better teams, but not luckier ones.

Actually no. I think it was mostly set on Conservative or Normal.But I did set base running to Aggressive, and stealing to Aggressive depending on the situation.

By the Way, I got swept last night in the opening round of the playoffs. I am down 2-0. DOH! Maybe I can come back. I am not complaining, I am just commenting! Anything can happen in the playoffs. The other team BLEW me out in game one, 13-1! WOW!

I guess it's the law of averages but I have had several 100+ win teams that have lost in the playoffs.

Thanks for the nice comments. I do not take it real hard if I lose in the playoffs. I would really, really like to win, but I am not going to ***** and moan if I lose,.. or say that there is some trend about 100 win teams losing in the playoffs. I was lucky to win 101 in the first place! I appreciate the kind words. :D

Part of the reason I do not take it real hard when I lose in the playoffs is because anything can happen in a short series. And my main goal with every team is to make it to the playoffs, and then from there, anything can happen. I have been on the other side, where I was the Wild Card team and I beat a team with more wins. So it all averages out.
