1999 Random draw 24-team league West loading

Here's the concept, every owner (24 total) gets one team (except for the rule below) from the 1999 season. You must make your team from the players carded for your team. This will be a 24-team league, $100M (because salary doesn't matter, you just get your team...yes some teams will have an advantage...hopefully you get one of these), DH, 5-10-20, frenzy. You must use the stadium that goes with your team.

***The weakest 6 teams (by W-L record) from 1999 will be paired up with the next lowest 6 as you can see below.***

When 24 owners have signed up, we will have a Randomizer run to determine which owner gets which team. Once 24 owners have signed up, we will have someone do a 24 number randomizer and then match the owner's signed up number with the team going down the list from #1 NYY to #24 LAD
