1crazycanuck - I don't live in the U.S. either - you can take any state/province that runs a Pick III Lottery. I believe BC, ON & QC all run Pick IIIs.

Crazy, just looking at this again and saw where you were asking about states and then I took the last non-reserved spot.

Stoney the reserved spots will be opened up in a day or two so he can just sign on as an alternate. Alternates will have first claim of course.
