Hey Doc, Hawaii is a lovely state, but I can not seem to find a lottery for it?!?

Please choose a state that has a daily pick 3 lottery:

I just sent out 5 PM's to the managers who have not confirmed yet. After all 12 confirm and after Doc chooses a new lottery state, then we can get started.

OK, plan A obviously wins -- draft ASAP and play immediately.

We still need KNIGHT to confirm that he's still with us and we need PracticalDoc to pick a new state.

After that, we'll be ready to get started!
