With 9 starts and around 50 IP, I would say probably yes.

If a pitcher has 4 starts he will receive an S rating. You picked up Floyd in our pre-card draft league. He'll have 6-8 BPHR's vs. both sides. Pitchers park team? If so, LeBlanc. Lotsa walks. Major BPHR's vs. LHP. Hitters park >>>> Garcia will have few, if any, BPHR's but he gives it up to RHH's. R-6L or so.

Floyd has barely more than a home run for every 10 innings, and he plays in US CEL in the AL, i was figuring about 3 each side, how do you see that differently?

Right you are litangel. I reversed my HR and BB #'s for Floyd. Lotsa walks and few BPHR's. A good choice for any park!
