Lineup help with 1999 season team...

Hi all,

Being pretty new to SOM I wanted to run my lineup by all of you. My reading here has showed that even slight lineup changes can make a difference.

My team:

Cedeno
Shumpert
Rodriguez
Sheffield (injured I have Rolen substituting at DH)
Durazo
Konerko
Grudzielanek
Kelly
Jones

You need to go spend your 6mill you have in the bank. Get rid of one of your cheap guys and get a better starter or RP. has be someone out there. Going to be hard to win playing wth 94mill vs teams with 100mill used.

Try and get some Platoons going. Get a few 5L OR 6l guys like Rolen and some 6R 7R guys. not as many as them. but you can find a good one or two left I am sure.

How about Ryan Klesko? He is a 9R and has some great numbers.

he was a good move. You need to get 3b that can hit RHP. You will face about 75- 80% if not more rhp. And Rolen can not hit RHP. or get another 2b and play Shumpert at 3b vs rhp. Not a fan of Rolen unless you have a ton of left handed pitchers in your div.

I play Konerko at 3b and DH Rolen vs LHP only,
